USE A HAT
USE SUNBLOCKER
WEAR SHIRTS OR SWEATERS NOT TOPS
DRINK A LOT OF WATER OF COURSE TOO WHEN YOU NOT THURSTY !
DONT OPEN THE WINDOW FROM YOUR CAR WHEN YOU THERE
